Including Design and Documentation Project Management includes a large variety of services including; calling for and issuing of tenders for Builders, Engineers and Consultants; attending Site during construction; attending Site meetings, issuing instructions to Builders and Consultants, arranging As Built documentation to name a few.
Our Project Management Service Plan can take the confusion away from the Retailer and allows Supermarket Design Australia to ensure that it all runs to carefully managed plan from conception to completion allowing for such things as keeping the Store operational during construction if required
