  • Budget estimate of Fitout associated works
  • Preparation and submission of Town Planning Application
  • Liaise with Consultants as may be required including: Trafffic Engineers, Land Surveyors, TP Consultants and the like
  • Negotiations of Town Planning Application with Local Authorities
  • Issuing of Town Planning Permit by the relevant Authority
